Before you start — plan ahead
Use at least 3 weeks before a holiday, event, or occasion where you want your feet to look their best. The peeling process takes 1—2 weeks to complete after your treatment.

Step 1: Prep your feet
Soak feet in warm water for 30 minutes before use, or use immediately after a warm shower to soften the skin.

Step 2: Prepare the mask
Pour the Activating Essence into one of the Foot Peel Mask booties and distribute evenly along the cotton lining.

Step 3: Apply
Slip your foot inside the bootie and seal with the attached closure. Repeat for the other foot.

Step 4: Wear for 60—90 minutes
Keep feet flat and level throughout — do not elevate them as this affects how evenly the treatment is distributed. Wear for 60 minutes for standard exfoliation, or up to 90 minutes if you have not used a foot peel recently or want more intensive results.

Step 5: Remove and rinse
Remove the booties, rinse feet thoroughly with warm water, and pat dry.

Step 6: Wait for the peel
Peeling will begin around day 7—8. When it starts, soak your feet daily to help the shedding process along. Do not manually peel or pull at any skin — let it shed naturally. Wear socks throughout the shedding process to keep things contained. The full process takes 1—2 weeks depending on the amount of dead skin.

Wearing socks throughout the peeling phase keeps things tidy and speeds things along. Daily soaking once peeling begins makes a noticeable difference to how quickly and completely the dead skin sheds.

Not suitable for: Anyone currently experiencing or with a history of rashes, open wounds, eczema, athlete's foot, psoriasis, or contact dermatitis. If your skin is sensitive or you are not ready for a peel, our Rosé Toes are a gentler alternative for softer, more hydrated-feeling feet.
