Our Promise

At Patchology, we're committed to reducing our impact on the environment, and we know that every little bit counts. That's why we're proud to offer a free "send it back" program for your beauty packaging from us (or any brand)! We believe that by making it easy for our customers like you to recycle their empty containers (aka "empties"), we can all make a positive difference for our planet.

Here's how it works: Simply collect your empty skincare containers and send them back to us using the pre-paid shipping label. We'll take care of the rest, making sure that each container is properly recycled or reused. It's easy, it's free, and it's one more way that we're working to create a more sustainable future.

See our FAQ below if you have any questions. You can learn more about our partnership with HANDLE here.

We believe that every brand has a responsibility to be part of the solution when it comes to protecting our planet. That's why we're committed to reducing our environmental impact at every stage of our product lifecycle. From responsible sourcing to recycling packaging, we're constantly looking for ways to do better - and we invite you to join us on this journey.

Together, we can make a difference!

How To Recycle

We do not recommend using local recycling services for your beauty products, as they will likely not actually be recycled.

Most local recycling facilities are quite strict with their regulations and don't accept a large majority of beauty products. Small beauty products can halt the recycling process so they aren't widely accepted at your local recycling plants.

We’re working with HANDLE to make sure your efforts to recycle aren’t in vain. If you’re a UK customer, it’s best to send all of your empties to us for recycling – it’s free and easy!
